The “Technical Interventions” function is available on the Fleet2Track platform.
The system is able to show the activity status of the interventions carried out by the technicians during the working day. It is possible to view the progress of the interventions, locate the nearest technician, manage the agenda of the technicians, monitor the fleet and search for customers by geographical area.
